YOUR INQUIRY
Once your products are ready, just give us a call or send us an email to make a booking.
Please, describe the nature of the products, number of shots you are after (each product 1 shot, some group shots, some details or different angles, front/back, side, 3/4 view,...) and your dead-line.
Also, if you have any photography you would like us to match (you are happy with), please attach a sample (or a link to your web-page, or some other images you like).
This will help us understand what style of product photography you are after. If you are happy to leave it with us, we'll explain you a few different ways we could approach it and point out possible pros and cons of each.
There is always more than one right/correct/best way of doing it. At the end, it depends on the usage of the images.
PHOTO-SHOOTING
After your initial enquiry, we will contact you back with our quote estimate and expected delivery time.
Once it's all confirmed, we come to your place (let it be a warehouse, showroom, factory or shop), bring out lighting, backdrops, ... All you need to provide is a bit of space. There is no extra charge for any location shoots within the Sydney metro area. (If you are based in Melbourne, Brisbane or "faraway" NSW, ask us about travelling costs).
Alternatively, photography can be done in our studio. Just courier the samples over, attach your brief, special requirements if needed, or even your snapshots or drawings illustrating what you are after.
POST-PRODUCTION
After the photography is taken, we need approx. 5-7 working days for post-production work (retouching, deep-etching, masking, colour correction, ...). Yes, we do overnight emergencies too! :)
YOUR FINAL IMAGES
After the post-production work is completed, you receive a disk with finalised images in 3 different file formats (WEB, PRINT, WORK - back up).
If we shot the products in our studio, your samples are couriered back to you and the disk is attached.
The invoice must be paid in full within 14 days (direct debit or cheque).
